Stages 2 & 3: Restructuring the Bond (Withdrawer Re-engagement & Pursuer Softening) Attachment Injuries & Trauma

Core Skills 3: Foundations of Stage 2/Withdrawer Re-engagement: This core skills experience is designed to help therapists learn the focus and skills to work with an avoidant attachment system to help them engage with their felt experience, share their attachment fears, and reach for comfort (co-regulation) from their partner rather than rigid isolation and self-regulation.

Core Skills 4: Pursuer Softening/Attachment Injuries/Trauma: aims to help clinicians assist clients with a preoccupied or anxious attachment style in making compassionate contact with themselves, sharing their attachment fears, and making vulnerable bids for comfort and connection rather than relying on anxiety or criticism. Additionally, this module will address attachment injuries and trauma through an EFCT lens.

Combined Core Skills 3 & 4: These core skills aim to help equip clinicians to push the leading edge for themselves and their clients so they can succeed in vulnerability. This immersive, experiential approach equips you with practical tools to create meaningful change and allows you to build supportive, collegial relationships. Plus, with the convenience of combining these core skills into one streamlined training, you’ll save time, reduce travel expenses, and return to your practice feeling inspired and prepared to make a more profound impact."
